Courses are digital and delivered right after checkout. Because of that, all course sales are generally final.
If your download link fails, you bought the same course twice, or something is clearly broken, contact us within 7 days.

Memberships renew every month until canceled. You can cancel future renewals through Stripe.
Unused course downloads do not roll over. Credits reset at the start of each new billing period.
Chargebacks
If there is a billing issue, contact us first. We can usually fix simple payment problems faster than a bank dispute.
Chargebacks may pause access while the issue is reviewed.
